Pavitra S. Vyas is a Commerce Graduate, Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and an Insolvency Professional with nearly two decades of professional experience. She possesses extensive experience in Corporate Law, FEMA, MSME, and other legislations, primarily focusing on Corporate Insolvency and Resolution Processes, Voluntary Liquidations, Due Diligence Audits, revival of sick units, and serving as an independent consultant for various financial institutions. She has also cleared the Independent Director Examination. Pavitra served as Chairperson of the Belagavi Chapter of SIRC of ICSI for the year 2020-21. She is a visiting faculty member at various professional institutes and is renowned for her innovative thinking and professional approach.
Suhasini has 15 years of experience in Insolvency, restructuring, corporate, legal and secretarial matters. She worked earlier with Green Mint Pte Ltd, Ujjivan Financial Services Pvt Ltd, AGS Infotech, Bangalore Stock Exchange, Hyderabad Stock Exchange and Broking houses. She was also Partner of IPE based in Hyderabad supported Partners in 40 Insolvency and Liquidation assignments. Suhasini is an Insolvency Professional and a qualified Company Secretary, post graduate in Law (Mercantile Laws). She is University Topper and triple Gold medalist in Law.
Mr. Shawant Raj is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Commerce graduate and also Lawyer. He is an experienced compliance professional having over 6 years of experience. He posses technical and core knowledge in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and corporate secretarial practice. He has rich expertise in handling matters related to capital restructuring and management of the affairs of a corporate. He has also served as a secretarial consultant to renowned and multinational corporates in India companies during their day-to-day compliance in the field of Company Law, SEBI LODR, NBFC, FEMA Compliance, Corporate Restructuring, Merger and Amalgamation, Voluntary Liquidation and Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under IBC, conducting meetings of Board and Shareholders of the Company and drafting of incidental documents and matter related thereto. He has handled the Insolvency cases related to companies engaged in various sectors including Real Estate, Textiles, Thermal Power, EPC, Information Technologies, Trading activities, Logistics, Sugar Mills etc.

Ms. Monika is a commerce graduate and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; She is having experience of over 4 years in taxation, management consultancy, due diligence, payroll, auditing, reporting, statutory compliance and Start-up Consultancy. She has worked with foreign clients who are engaged in e-commerce, retail and real estate segment as well in the taxation compliances, budgeting, financial planning and analysis. She has also done audit of various entities like internal audit of Delhi University, statutory audit of Punjab National Bank and New India Assurance. She has deep knowledge of departmental working at lower level up to the management level.
